What this website collects, and what it doesn't.

01Who we are

Evlve Data LLC ("Evlve Data", "we", "us") is a Pennsylvania limited liability company.

02What we collect

We keep this website deliberately simple. It has no accounts, no forms of our own, and no advertising.

Information you give us

• If you book a call, you do so through a scheduling page run by HubSpot. HubSpot asks for your name, email address, and any notes you choose to add, and passes that booking to us. HubSpot's handling of that information is described in HubSpot's own privacy policy.
• If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you write.

Information collected automatically

• Server logs. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, records standard request data when a page loads: IP address, browser type, the page requested, and the time. We use this only to keep the site running and secure. Cloudflare holds these logs under its own short retention schedule; we do not keep copies.
• Site analytics. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookie-free and does not identify individual visitors. It records aggregate page views, referring sites, approximate country, and page load timing. No personal data is stored and nothing is shared with advertisers.
• Fonts. Fonts are served from our own site. No request goes to a third-party font service.

What we do not do

• We do not set tracking cookies and we do not use advertising or retargeting pixels.
• We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
• We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. This site is for businesses.

03How we use it

• To respond to you, hold the call you booked, and follow up on it.
• To operate, secure, and improve the website.
• To meet legal obligations, if any arise.

We do not use your information for any purpose unrelated to the reason you gave it to us.

04Who we share it with

Only the service providers that make the site and our correspondence work, and only for that purpose:

• HubSpot (meeting scheduling, contact records)
• Google Workspace (email)
• Cloudflare (website hosting, server logs, and aggregate analytics)

We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others. If Evlve Data is ever sold or merged, contact records may transfer to the successor under this same policy.

05How long we keep it

• Booking and contact records: as long as we are in contact with you or have a legitimate business reason to keep them, then deleted.
• Emails: kept while we are in contact with you or for three years, whichever is longer, then deleted. Deleted sooner on request.
• Server logs: held by Cloudflare under its own short retention schedule; we do not keep copies.

06Your choices and rights

You can ask us at any time to see the personal information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email [email protected] and we will respond within 30 days. We will not treat you differently for making a request.

Depending on where you live, state privacy laws may give you additional rights. Evlve Data is below the thresholds at which most of those laws apply, but we honor the requests above for everyone regardless.

If you are outside the United States, note that this site is operated in the United States and any information you send us is processed here.

07Security

We use reputable providers, limit who can access contact records, and keep this site free of unnecessary scripts. No method of transmission over the internet is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

08Changes

If we change this policy, we will post the new version here with a new effective date. Material changes will be flagged at the top of the page for a reasonable period.
